DOMESTIC ORDERS We make every effort to ship your order quickly. Please allow 2-12 business days to deliver your order. Our most popular, and often the most cost-effective USPS Priority Delivery, takes 2-3 days. Please remember to not include weekends or holidays in calculating the estimated transit time for your shipment.
Orders going to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and P.O Boxes and APOS:
- Are shipped by the United States Post Office (USPS).
Additional shipping fees will apply depending on weight and size of
your order. We will contact you after your order is placed with the
total shipping costs.
FREE LOCAL DELIVERY (please read the info above for local pick-up and delivery information at the Local Customers section) Each order is usually processed (confirmed and shipped) within 1 hour - 8 hours (Monday through Saturday), unless there is a problem with your order. Orders are shipped from Gig Harbor, WA. We strive to provide an exceptional customer service. Most orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, same day, if order is placed by 1pm PST. You will be shown a drop-down menu for your shipping preferences during check-out, after you enter all the check-out details. We welcome your Rush delivery choice, that will usually arrive within 1-2 business days. However, if you prefer the Rush delivery option, please call or e.mail Play Time Yoga before checking out, to confirm availability. Rush delivery is not available on all items. Also, please be sure to provide detailed shipping address. When
possible, we ship products using recycled packaging
materials.
FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS please contact us to estimate your shipping cost and approximate delivery time.
Shipping costs for international orders will be calculated
after you have processed your order. Please note that same products may not be
available for shipping to foreign countries due to size or weight restrictions.
To complete your order, you will be notified via email with the
exact shipping cost and product availability and asked whether or not you wish
to proceed with the order. Note: Any destination Customs and Duty charges must be paid by the customer and are not included in the shipping charge. Play Time Yoga is not responsible for any lost items on international shipping.
Out of Stock Policy: If your
selected merchandise is out of stock, we will inform you via email. You will
not be charged for any item that is out of stock.
Return policy
We carefully select every brand and product that we sell. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with the product you received, we will be happy to give you a complete refund (shipping costs not included). You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date. Please email or call us, to let us know you wish to
return or exchange an item.
Valid only on orders purchased directly from Play Time Yoga. All items incl. DVD and CDs must be unused and unopened to be accepted, clothing unworn. Be sure to include a copy of the packing slip or Return/Exchange Form and mark in which items are being returned. Please help us serve you better by noting the reason for your return on the packing slip. Once we receive your returned product in unused condition,
we will refund the original purchase price back to your credit card, or send
you an exchange item, as per your request. As there could be an additional
charge for shipping or exchanged product price difference, we will need to
contact you to go over your payment options.
All sales of on-sale and clearance items are final. Simply send us unused product(s), a copy of the invoice, and a copy of the packing slip or Return.Exchange Form included, with notes on the reason for the return to:

If you received a damaged or defective product, please call us immediately at 253.223.6621 and we will process a claim and/or replacement. Please hold onto all packing materials and the item until further notice. Play Time Yoga must be informed within 7 days of delivery of all damaged goods, or we cannot process a claim. Please inspect all deliveries thoroughly upon arrival. When we will notify you to send your damaged item back, please return the product with a copy of the packing slip or Return/Exchange Form to Play
