"This is a wonderful relaxation DVD for your children. It is filled with colorful pictures, relaxing songs, and fun games. I can admit that it is relaxing because it helped even me relax. It was amazing to me because when my children were small, I would help them relax by telling them a little relaxing story for different parts of the body. Now Wai Lana does the same thing with this lovely DVD, with her soothing voice singing the songs and telling stories. Also added to this are fun games that the kids can play after rest time is over."
