Kids class is usually 1 hour and ^5-15 minutes long.
:: New! Teen Hatha Yoga - 45 minutes of dynamic yet fun & instructional asana workout, designed with a teenager in mind. Deep relaxation, yoga Nidra and lots of practical tips for better focus, memory enhancement, posture improvement, and anxiety relief.  

OUR YOGA PLAYTIME Includes:

Welcome & Introduction, Warm-up, Simple breathing exercise, Asanas (poses) - weaved into a Story-time, Songs, Musical Circle, Games & Movement, Relaxation, Simple Meditation, Yoga related craft, Healthy Snack. Parents are welcome to drop the child off for the duration of 1 hour or stay and enjoy some yoga literature or the company of other 'big yogis'.

PROPS:

For hygienic reasons it is best to bring your own mat. We will provide you with a mat and other yoga props if needed - free of charge - but please bear in mind it costs us $6 a month to maintain them in a safe for your health & ready to use shape.

FEES:

√   Casual - 1 class: $9 per person
√   $30 for pre-paid (4- up to 14 classes) unlimited monthly pass; you save $6-$96
√   $270 family annual class/event pass*; you save hundreds of dollars!
√   50% discount for each sibling

√   eco mats are available for purchase
     (inquire by email, or ask a teacher to receive a student discount, some mats are kid-sized, non toxic)
√   $8.00 organic mat cleaner available for purchase
       (USDA Certified Organic, 8 oz spray bottle will last several months)

*Play Time Yoga Annual Membership (pass) is a convenient and affordable option to use for kids yoga classes, yoga camps and family events. Now you can enjoy freely many of the events we offer throughout the year, such as 'calm and happy parent & child' series, healthy cooking series, yoga birthday parties, summer camps & more. This pass allows you to redeem 15% off, every time you shop at our very own, (based in Gig Harbor), yoga-related and 'green' - online Store. Drop-ins and class series: Sign-up is required. Absence in class/session is non-refundable. Payment on-line, by phone or by check before the first class. Check(s) should be made payable to Play Time Yoga. Cancellations are to be made 24 hours before the class starts or and before the 2nd attended class in order to receive a prorated refund for the prepaid series of classes. There will be up to $20.00 processing fee for all refunds. No refund or credit for attended classes. There will be a $30.00 charge for any returned checks.
